Prostitutes are being abducted from the streets of Fort Lauderdale, Florida and found brutally murdered and mutilated in the City of Palm Pines. Patrolman Carl Bryant, a former homicide detective, against the Chief's wishes, he is reassigned back to the Detective Bureau to solve these murders.
