This collection of essays offers a multi-faceted exploration of the intricate relationship between accelerating technological progress, human intelligence, and the frameworks of modern society. Rather than presenting a single, linear argument, the work provides a series of complementary reflections on the challenges and questions emerging from a world increasingly mediated by digital infrastructures and artificial intelligence. Using India's Aadhaar-based system as an example, it illustrates the dual promise and peril of large-scale technological infrastructures.
