Alan was convicted for robbery at 18 years old, and sentenced to 3 years. He served 18 months of incarceration and was charged with first and second-degree attempted murder. He faced a life sentence. Alan took it to trial and was convicted of second-degree assault and reckless endangerment with an eleven-year sentence. He was able to fight the sentence and serve three and a half years. These charges did not define who he was. Despite adversity, Alan went on to become a licensed realtor, mortgage lender, and title insurance producer. He has written and published several books to help encourage individuals to overcome negative situations in their life. Alan has been a licensed full-time real estate agent for over 8 years from the beginning of his career. He has been involved in the closing of over 450+ transactions. A five-star Zillow performer who has been award-winning from the start. From Keller Williams Rookie of the Year in 2016 to 2017 January Baltimore Rising Star in Real Producers Magazine. In 2018 he was awarded Baltimore Black Wall Street Realtor of the Year. He has been featured in the Baltimore Times newspaper twice for his real estate performance as well as other media outlets such as 92.3 radio. Alan prides himself on being a team player and putting the clients first! In his most recent endeavor, he now serves active duty for the United States Air Force as a munitions specialist and consults real estate professionals on how to be successful in their careers.
