"Princesses of the World" is a beautiful collection of fourteen tales of foreign princesses from locations varied around the globe, from Egypt to South America, from China to Tahiti, from Africa to Arabia, including even one tale of a Native American Plains nation princess named Ozalee. Each princess possesses beauty, charm, skill, and intelligence. Each princess uses her gifts to choose the best mate or life choice for herself and/or her people. The beginning of "Princesses of the World" has a two-page global map spread with tiny circular portraits of each princess in the land of her origin, with a pathway round the world to travel from princess to princess, and place to place.
