Understandable Christian Ethical Perspective

William Morgan's book unpacks the basic meanings of "right behavior" within a system of Christian discipleship. He examines basic concepts of talents, gifts, service, ministry, prayer, and how these connect with a core integrity that he believes is essential to Christianity. Morgan uses many anecdotes, ranging from Atticus Finch (To Kill a Mockingbird) to Jerry Seinfeld. I especially felt moved by the story of "Mr. Car Wash" and the way in which he lives his commitment in faith and action. The book is especially useful for small groups to study and reflect together. Each chapter contains pithy questions to guide such reflection.
