I did not get what I ordered. I got one that had been in the good will, in poor condition

This book is not the same edition that I ordered or that is shown here in the add for Parole et Pensee. The one shown is an excellent edition. The one delivered is so old there is no ISBN number it. It is not what is advertised, has bad wear on the hardcover and marking throughout the book in bold colour. It is fair only. I want my money back or the right book sent to me.
