Over the Edge

When a woman running from the mob meets a ranger haunted by his past, the Grand Canyon's dangers might be the least of their troubles.

Tech-savvy hacker Nimue Hart has mastered the art of staying invisible, living off-grid in her Airstream and hiding from the Russian mob who want her silenced. But when a rescue mission forces her into the spotlight, her carefully constructed world begins to crumble.

Grand Canyon Backcountry Ranger Liam Kingsley buried his heart in the Swiss Alps a year ago after a tragic climbing accident. Now he keeps tourists safe and his emotions locked away--until a mysterious woman with secrets of her own makes him question everything he thought he knew about safety.

As their worlds collide, Nimue and Liam must navigate more than just the treacherous canyon trails, and their growing trust in each other might be their only lifeline. But when Nimue's past catches up with them at the canyon's edge, Liam faces his worst nightmare all over again--with a woman he can't bear to lose.

Perfect for readers who love romance with a shot of adrenaline, Over the Edge delivers heart-pounding action, breathtaking rescues, and sizzling romance. This romantic suspense will thrill fans of Irene Hannon, Lynette Eason, and Elizabeth Goddard.

Action and Suspense

"But God was there, and the rivers didn't consume her." There is always a spiritual truth in this author's books that speaks to me. I think that's the best part of them; there is always action, adventure, romance, suspense but the spiritual nuggets are the best. Liam and Nimue both have trust issues and some of them center around their faith in God. They have to learn to work together and trust that God will bring them through "the rivers." Liam is running from his past and Nimue is running from the Russian mob but together with God they can get through it, they just need to trust Him.

love these two authors

“The true abundant living is that the God of the universe has given us access to Himself. His presence.” Tari Faris and Susan May Warren. What a fabulous duo. I loved how Tari Faris' characters from Home to Heritage series and Susan May Warren's characters from Minnesota Kingston series fit perfectly together while finding love and acceptance, embracing grace and forgiveness, dodging bad guys, and generally showing the readers a great time in the Grand Canyon of Arizona. I loved Liam - the grown up, wounded Liam seeking purpose in his naturally protective and loyal state. The glimpses of Liam we saw in Logan’s story did not do him justice. And Nimue. We’ve waited a bit for her story and it does not disappoint. Her fierce independence, tender heart under a tough exterior, and longing for a real home made Nimue a memorable heroine. I've adventured through Alaksa, Montana, Minnesota, and Russia with Susan May Warren but this is my first time in Arizona. I've never visited the Grand Canyon and now I absolutely must. I loved catching up with Emberly and Stein as well as the entire Kingsley clan from Heritage, MI. I'm looking forward to the next story about Noah and Meg. The hunt for Alan Martin is still on; what stunt will he pull off next to evade capture? I received a complimentary copy courtesy of Sunrise Publishing. I was under no obligation to post a positive comment. All opinions are my own.
