Opposite of Darkness Flies!

Dig into this amazing novel and hang on for the ride of your life! Here are 200 pages newly released by Outskirts Press of Colorado that just might knock your socks off -- or at least loosen them. Author R. W. Schoenecker hs put together a story line that manages to examine several dozen religious, historic, philosophical and scientific questions and to boldly pose answers for them. Do they make sense? A number of critics have suggested they do. But each reader will have to decide. Protagonist Gideon Amsel, a seasoned journalist but recently launched columnist for the Arizona Republic has an amazing near-death experience and is asked to interview twelve people in the "Netherworld." He is asked to return to earth and deliver their messages. The souls he interviews tell Gideon amazing things -- and only God knows how it will all turn out. But the reader gets in on some of it, and that's the fun. I found this a must-read text.

Amazingly thought provoking!

This book has EVERYTHING a hungry soul could wish for. Intrigue, HUMOR, human compassion, impressively colorful fantasy, and, most importantly, the author's ability to get the reader THINKING. Fantasy and soul searching all mixed into one crazy, fun story line. How can a reader go wrong!?! "Gideon" is a person we all have met somewhere in our lifetime, or maybe you are "Gideon". Either way, he takes us on a wild ride meeting some major players in history. The author lets us see "Eve" (as in Adam and Eve)as the most sweetest, loving, gentle grandmother anyone could wish for...only, she is not a humanoid as we are. Well, you'll just have to read the book to find out about Eve, George Washington, or "the Big Lug". ENJOY!!
