We HAVE to read this EVERY night

My 18-month-old absolutely loves this book, he chooses to read it every single night. He yells out BANANAS, when we get to Three Big Bananas, and he yells out DUCK when we get to Eight Fuzzy Ducks. My 3-year-old still loves to hear the book every night and will even read it to her baby brother if I am not around. This book is in our top 10!!!

we love this book

one of my kids' babyhood classics. i have it memorized and will repeat it sometimes just for fun for them or to help them calm down or feel better. they especially love rubbing noses at the end (like the baby and mommy in the pictures). i love the pastel drawings too.

Wonderful soft pastels and goofy counting to 10.

From the exuberant zebra dancing across the inside binding (and boy does he dance!) to the delightfully goofy illustrations, this book is charming. The words are just the sort of snuggly stuff your baby will love. Counting to ten with the sweet things in a babies life (one sweet smile, two adorable eyes, three big bananas etc etc what do you get? One beautiful baby) And one charming book. A Beautiful Book

This is a simple, yet beautiful book that any child (or parent) should have in their library. The illustrations are lovely and large for the youngerst readers. The story is sweet and anyone with a toddler will melt when reading this story to your little one. You will not be disappointed.
