"Must" reading for all Christian parents.

In No More Sour Grapes, Don Nori encourages parents to pour themselves into their children by mentoring, encouraging, and loving them. It is the absence of positive and consistent role models that leaves many children feeling hurt, frustrated and cynical. Children without strong influence from both parents tend to struggle more throughout their whole life. Nori maintains that the three crucial ingredients in preparing children for their proper place in the world is to instill within them history, holiness, and hope. He encourages parents not to try to cover up past misdeeds, but to be open with their children about their own struggles and failures. He believes that if we teach and live the principles of holy living and faith in God, our children will emulate our values. No More Sour Grapes is urgently suggested reading for all Christian parents of children preschool through young adult.

I was totally consumed by this book. I loved it and found it not only readable, but worth studying. This is a book you'll want to keep around for future reference. For anyone who wishes to instill good generational values in their children, to undo generations of sins and faults, for anyone who desires to understand how to carry on the good traits in your children, this is your book. I believe any Christian family can benefit from this book. It has helped to heal old wounds and I look forward to rereading it and studying it further!No More Sour Grapes offers innovative advice not expressed in other christian parenting books.I highly recommend this book.
