WISH I HAD THE WHOLE SERIES OF BOOKS

This is an old book, but written very well. I would love to own all of the books in the Health essentials Series.

Fantastic

It explained what naturopathy is and how it works. I really like that he described hydrotherapy and tells how to do it to help heal bruises, cuts, lacerations, etc... I used it on my husband and it worked wonderfully. This book is a definite buy!

good reference

this is a good all-around reference for naturopathic/holistic medicine
