Great book; wish all the pages were there

This is a really great resource for expectant parents/birthing people, but this copy was missing key sections that were ripped out. I'm particular, a section on Physical Preparation for Birth (pp. 104-115) had been torn out entirely. Who does that?!?!

Great book

I am a doula and this book really helped me when I was learning about how to help women who wanted to have a natural birth but also wanted to/had to go to the hospital. It has a ton of great info.
