20 years near perfect health

I got this book, Natural Healing, by Dr. Jack Soltonoff when it came out in 1988 and decided to try out the plan. I have had almost perfect health since. Not an easy life-style for many people, but quite doable and enjoyable. This author became my friend's doctor when the standard medics were ready to buy her. She lived many happy years with his principles.
