Again, Mommy, Again!

My almost 3 year old daughter asks for this book for every nap/night time story! She received this book at Christmas, and hasn't tired of it yet. Often, she asks me to tell her about Moses and the bad Pharoh at the grocery, in the car, wherever. So when we are not reading it, we are talking about it! Very cool!My Baby & Me Story Bible is well illustrated and makes sharing the familiar stories of the Bible easy and fun! Each story is told simply, with some action, or involvement from you and your child. For example, In the story of Noah, ..."Let's be Noah hammering our boat. Pound, pound, pound the nails." or in in the story of the lost sheep, ..."This shepherd takes care of sheep. One of his sheep was lost. What do you think the sheep cried? Baa. Baa. Can you say "baa" like a sheep?" It also includes some not so familiar bible stories(at least for me) which makes it an interesting read for me too.The book contains a Table of Contents and an index - very helpful for questions like, " Tell me more about Moses?" I would guess this book is appropriate from birth to about age 3. After that you need the next must-have for your collection: Picture That! Bible Storybook, also by Tracy Harrast. These two books will be a standard baby gift for all baby shower invitations to come!
