It's his last chance with the old Galactic Missionary Society; his children have always stirred up just too much trouble. Sandy begins telling everyone about God, including the only other teen on the whole world. But the miners want their families left alone.

The kids find a secret, underground world of fuzzy, floating creatures calling themselves Foofs. Will Sandy teach them about God? The miners warn in tense whispers about ghosts from the underground. Is it all, as their father insists, just imagination?
