And what is meditation? - It's just putting the mind aside. To be without mind for a few moments is meditation. And once you know for a few moments, you have the key. Then when you need it, you can move inward. It's like the in and out breath. You go out into the world, it's the outgoing breath. You go into yourself, it's the incoming breath. And you may be surprised: the word 'meditation' comes from the same root from which 'medicine' comes. 'Medicine' and 'meditation' comes from the same root. Meditation is a medicine; It is the only medicine. So forget about your problems; just pass the meditation. And the more you move, the more fake stuff will disappear.
