The Last Mountian Man.

I have read all of these books about Preacher, Smoke, and Matt. I would like to see more books about Will Tanner US Deputy Marshall.

Highly Recommended!

Wm. W. Johnson'ts books on The Last Mountain Man got me interested in the old west. Preacher, and all the characters around him are very well written. The adventure is realistic, or as realistic and I imagine it might have been in those days. I find the activities, the language and the environment very descriptive and kept me interested the whole book through. As a matter of fact, I have read almost Johnston's whole series on Preacher. I highly recommend it!

Matt Jensen (Smoke's Protege)

Deadly Trail is the second book I have read of the Matt Jensen: The Last Mountain Man series by William W. Johnstone with J. A. Johnstone. In this book, Matt Jensen, is in the right place at the right time to help catch outlaws who are bank robbers, train robbers, murders and kidnappers. Matt also meets Layne McKenzie the governor of Colorado's niece. I'm predicting that this is the beginning of a relationship that will last many years.

Fum Reading

This is the second book about Matt Jensen, I think, its a fun escape book of the west. If you like westerns like Louie L'Amour, you will enjoy reading these books!
