It is absolutely thorough with foods weighed in every possible way (as purchased, peeled, skin on, bones out--you get the picture). The only foods not included are those not generally available 12 years ago, such as Chilean Sea Bass. Using this book, and weighing everything, I lost 80 pounds. Ten years later I still find I refer to it several times each week. If you are serious about counting calories, you'll never find a more comprehensive book.
