I have finished all 17 books in this excellent saga of Cork O'Connor, his friends and family...as you read, they become family to you, as well. The scenic beauty of the Minnesota landscape in which this book is set, together with the Indian lore and timely themes, make for interesting, exciting and enlightening reading.
