Making Room

Five years after that horrible Christmas, Emma is still struggling with the death of her best friend, Claire. The only solace she can find is in her work as a home health nurse, keeping her mind busy so she doesn't relive their last night together.

The walls of guilt and grief erected around her heart make it impossible for her to let anyone in. But when David, the son of one of her patients, and a decorated police officer, enters her life, Emma is forced to remind herself why she doesn't date. As David shows Emma how to smile again, she realizes he's somehow found his way into her heart.

Can she allow herself to embrace love and make room for David without feeling like she's betraying her best friend? Or will her guilt prevent her from finding the happiness Claire was never able to experience?
