Got a higher score than 99% of the other people at MEPS!

I bought this book about a month ago and started studying about two weeks before the test. I concentrated on the math first then the science part and then the others. I had gotten a 52 on the practice test 2 months ago, got a 77 on the real test! Most of the other people who I talked to and took the test at MEPS with me got lower scores, A lot lower! LOL! I could have gotten a higher score if I had studied and practiced the book more but I was too lazy. Worth every penny I paid, so I HIGHLY recommended it to everyone who wants to join the military, I joined the Air Force. BTW make sure your familiar with MEPS, the people who do the medical examination on you, all I have to say is that those people are horrible!!!

Improved my score considerably

I had originally taken the ASVAB in high school with no prep and got a 74. A couple years later, I decided to take it again after using this book as a review. My score jumped to a 90. This book was a great help.

Shape Review

The book is great. The only part that put me for a loop was a section at the MEPS and at the end was about adding shapes together. This book does not have it. I scored an 84 that got me into anything I wanted. Otherwise I may not have passed. I do advise this book is well worth the money. Please ask you recruiter about the sections including the end section on shapes. I took it in Lansing, Michigan. This may not be in all locations, so be advised. Money worth well spent. Kaplan's ASVAB 2005

Although the book is harder than I expected, it gives me a good indication of what to expect on the exams.
