To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:
Ecclesiastes 3:1
Ruth. Naomi. Mary. Hannah. Esther.
Each of these women went through seasons of life just like you and me, and they have much to teach us about our own personal walk with the LORD. Ruth demonstrates the importance of commitment in the Christian life; while Naomi shows us the blessing of restoration. Mary reveals the peace that comes when we truly surrender all to the LORD. Hannah displays the proper response in a waiting season, and Esther exhibits courage to stand out in the midst of a dark and uncertain time.
May the LORD use this study to encourage, comfort, and prepare you when you are facing
such a time as this.
