I Like It

The book is simple to read, which is what I like most about it. It gives an overall view of the components of a mechatronic system. However, the reader would probably need another text to go into actual design and implementation. For starters, this text is good, especially for students.

Great Introductory Book

This book is perfect for a mechanical engineer with very little background or experience with electronics. The chapter on microcontroller programming and interfacing is also a good introduction, and it presents all of the important aspects of this important area.I don't recommend the book for electrical engineers or others with lots of electronics and microcontroller experience.
