Hi, This is the book you need when taking an intro class to Counseling. I use this for my Intro course at William Paterson University, class CS601-60. Taught by Dr. Danzinger. If you take this class, or have an interest in the counseling profession, you will need this book. I will likely get made fun of for writing this review. SMILE TIME!
Awesome Seller

I ordered this book and it was on my doorsteps within just a few short days. I initially sent an email to see about shipping time and did not receive a response from the seller. Instead, I received my book via UPS. I gave the seller a less than favorable only because I thought they did not respond to my email. I received an email from seller explaining that they did send an immediate response but it must have been delivered to my junk mail. Of course they had the original email train with dates and time. I sent an apology and just want to clarify that this seller is prompt, detailed and the book arrived in the condition as promised! Thanks.
