Workbook Review

The Workbook is the perfect companion to the 5th Edition of Teyber's Interpersonal Process in Therapy. I have found the Workbook to be a stimulating addition and a valuable contribution to my study of individual therapy. The Workbook challenges you to understand the material presented in the textbook with thought-provoking sections: a conceptual outline; a list of key terms; essay questions for central concepts; and sample multiple-choice and true/false questions. I'm a doctoral student in counseling psychology. If your studies require the textbook, consider purchasing the Workbook, too. Both are "must haves" for the study of individual counseling.
