Instead of Therapy by Tom Rusk

For eight years, I had a mediation practice, and I am now a grade four teacher in an international school in Bangkok, Thailand. He reveals his personal and professional experiences in a refreshing way. Rusk comes across as a solid practioner with no nonsense and at once, with such understanding and caring. I travel with this book and I recommend this book.
