Yoga for Kids

This is one of the best books for kids I've seen. As a former librairian for children I've seen quite a few. bummers that don't do a good job of teaching or even interest children.

An excellent yoga book for every child-oriented family has finally been published. Children can understand it by themselves or with friends and adults.This well illustrated book is clearly written on spacious pages. The real value of knowing yoga in today's fast-paced world is presented in specific ways. For example, positions for warming up or cooling down in sports such as gymnastics, soccer, snow/skate boarding, surfing, wrestling, etc. are presented.Other chapters of interest are on double yoga (mirror-imaging with another), yoga games, and relaxation technics for stress-reduction in test taking, social situations, and competition and/or performance situations.Iwould highly recommend this book for families with children.
