Love this book!

This is the kind of book you can read over and over, its a wealth of information regarding health. A great book for shall we say, mauturing physically (age) ...wish I'd started reading it at about 40...for the future of whats here now, LOL. It's great information for preventitive health if you start early and answers for health if you are already there.

awesome book

i watched maureen salaman on a late night show one night and found her very interesting and personalble. i bought this book to see how her writing style was and boy am i impressed she writes in a way that feels that she is talking just to you. she is very knowledgable and writes simply how it is not medicine mumbojumbo. too the point and very interesting i will get the whole collection. you will definately enjoy the book and get more.
