A Must Read - Hormone Balance: A Matter of Life and Health

I have read several books by various authors on natural hormones. This is a very well written and understandable book on this subject. Ms. Klitzke has definately done her homework and has written about natural hormones in such a way that anyone can understand their benefits. The evidence she presents about synthetic hormones and their harmful effects is well supported by the scientific studies that she cites. As a woman who has been experiencing the physical "strangeness" of peri-menpause for a couple of years, I greatly appreciate this book. It has validated my personal symptoms and opened my eyes to others that I did not readily connect with approaching menapause.
