Balance Check

I bought this book in September of 1990 and have read it daily since that time. Although I am not a clinical counselor, I counsel people on their entitlements from the federal government and help them through the government red tape. This is a very frustrating process for the client and myself. This wonderful book helps keep me in balance so that I may relate empathically with each person who seeks my assistance. The meditations are on point and germane for anyone in a people helping field of endeavor. I most highly recommend it. Lee B.
