Have a Seat, Please

When Don Reid published Eyewitness in 1973, the chronicle of his conversion from a supporter of the death penalty to an ardent opponent, the book was an immediate sensation. amazing reading!!!!!!

I bought my first copy of this book at the Texas Prison Museum in Huntsville, TX. The museum is on the way from from Dallas to my parents house. If you are driving south on I-45 the museum is on your left when you approach Huntsville. You can see the electric chair TX used for almost 400 executions in that museum. It's very creepy. The arms on the chair look like they have had nails digging into them. The rest of the museum is very lame. That chair makes you stop and stare at it..... That chair makes you think. I read that first copy of the book and immediately gave it away. I have since bought many copies of the book as gifts.. You need to read this book and then "see" that chair......... It's very freaky for sure. Victor
