Inspector Rafael Fabelo, a young police officer in the city of Las Palmas, faces a complex case when the body of a Portuguese man is found on Triana Beach in March 1935. From that moment on, Fabelo's life is upended, forcing him to make crucial decisions that will change him forever. As he battles fascist repression, the betting case, which he thought was solved, reemerges, forcing him to confront his past once again.
