"Group Discussion" Works!

I was introduced to this book in a a Group Communication class. It really provides a lot of useful information in an easy-to-read format. The chapters are short and to-the-point, and the information within is well-organized and realistic. Some of the best information I found was: -Common group symptoms, ailments, and their cures -Defined member roles and their significance and relation to one another -The Standard Agenda process as a guideline for effective meetings and completion of tasks. I definitely recommend this book!
