The authors of this book are my 10th-grade physics students at Imagine International Academy of North Texas during the 2024-2025 academic year. This collection of stories and comics was created as a summative assessment for the unit on fluid mechanics. Through this project, students deepened their understanding of fluid concepts by developing and exploring factual, conceptual, and debatable questions. They then presented their findings creatively through an art form of their choice. This book showcases the work of students who chose to express their learning through storytelling or comic art-blending scientific understanding with imagination. As IB learners, these young storytellers and illustrators demonstrate various Approaches to Learning (ATL) skills, particularly in creative and critical thinking. Each piece reflects not only academic effort, but also a unique and personal way of communicating physics concepts through artistic expression. The young authors are: Alex Bartell, Easton Burkes, Kaycee Custodio, Jay Dai, Anna Gu, Lisa Gu, Nitya Nalladimmu, Porsche Obena, Ethan Self, Batul Shaukat, Abigail Tecza, Cooper Williams, and Sylvan Buck Williams. The front and back cover designs are created by Jacob Barr and Easton Burkes, using Canva.com. I am proud of their work and hope readers enjoy the stories and comics they've created. I encourage these students to continue exploring, questioning, and creating with confidence and passion as they journey further into the fascinating world of physics.
