Glitches in Reality introduces Natural Reality, a framework that separates existence into two realms: happening and meaning. We participate in happening through a shared world of causation (the Blue Space), but we only ever experience meaning inside our own internal worlds of interpretation (Red Spaces). What we call "things" are snapshots of continuous happening, and our minds rely on internal meaning to work within a world we cannot directly see.
Paradox is front and center. When one part of your meaning doesn't match another, the mismatch drives learning and emergence. Seeing the distinction between happening and meaning gives you room to work with common human struggles like anxiety and loneliness.
