This is a good book

This book is very informative and it is also fun to read. The author uses his personal experiences and is funny too. I recommend this book for all ages.

DISC Made Simple (and Accessible)

I've been aware of the DISC Assessment (and its many variations) for a number of years. A recent workshop helped me to realize the value of applying the principles of DISC not just to myself but to all my relationships - personal and professional. Getting To Know You has deepened my ability to apply the principles of DISC beyond the typical "Strengths And Struggles" which are frequently included in the results of any DISC-style assessment. Now, for each style I understand things like: body language, conversational style, preferred vehicle type, preferred reading materials, purchasing pattern, favored occupations, responses to authority and conflict, what they are looking for in a leader, and much, much more. I highly encourage you to consider this book if you understand the true value of (all!) relationships and desire to deepen and enrich those connections.

Getting To Know You

I found this book easy to read and easy to understand, considering the complex topic of personality and human character. I have used this book as a reference guide, in my work in team building and sales, many times. I also enjoyed the many stories and examples the author used. I highly recommend it.
