This vomited out of my mouth somewhere around midnight, after my second cup of Ayahuasca and an energy clearing from the shamans-one American and one local villager-just outside of Iquitos, Peru. It wasn't the only thing that vomited from my mouth-no ... I think I puked my organs out as well. And that wasn't the only projectile that I purged. At 8:30 pm on December 14, I finally experienced my first Ayahuasca journey thirteen months after I first stumbled across it during a shamanic trance search on the Internet. It was, in fact, my first official drug experience ever. It answered every question I have ever had in this lifetime.
Somehow, during this time, I tried crawling into my bucket for the vomitivo, which was about one foot tall and about eight inches in diameter. I was determined to get my monkey form into this bucket, in which was a vortex.
When I awake, it is light outside. I walk outside the lodge and look down to see a cut tree stump with a plant growing up from it and several mushrooms attached. I start to cry at the beauty of this that I somehow had forgotten because I have been playing the asleep game since I was a child.
