Common Sense for Common Ailments

I am enjoying this book very much. It has logical suggestions for many ailments that can afflict all of us at one time or another. Very interesting and very informative. If we are able to do a little preventative medicine at the onset of some of these maladies, we just might relieve some of our overworked medical people and emergency facilities. I am very glad I ordered this book.

great book to start with

I was given this book as a gift. It is infomative and entertaining. I appriciate the fact that it is very user friendly but I wish that it was bigger and had more remidies in it. I also would have liked some specific remidies. I liked that it explained the healing factors of and things you can find easily in your kitchen, garden or healthfood store.

A must have for those who refuse to go to the doctor!

This book is wonderful as a reference book as well as entertainment. Anne McIntyre provides simple home remedies from A-Z, and explicit directions for concocting the perfect remedy! I really liked the fact that many of her remedies include things that the average Joe has right in their cupboards!
