Book Overview

I wonder if you have heard of the most curious tale ever told? Of the kitty, who could spin fur into gold . . .

When her father boasts to the king of his daughter's extraordinary ability to turn fur into gold, Clawdine's life is changed forever. Trapped in the palace with an impossible task and separated from her family, she begins to despair until a glimmer of hope appears in the form of a mysterious munchkin cat, a kitty who can perform magic, including spinning fur into gold. But in return the mysterious munchkin cat asks for something Clawdine thought she'd never have to give away: her first born kitten. When the munchkin cat finally returns, moved by Clawdine's distress he makes another deal instead. If she can guess his name in three days she can keep her kitten.

With the help of her sisters and the prince, Clawdine is determined to unmask the magical munchkin cat
