Sore No More

Shirley has created a book with stretching exercises for those of us glued to a chair or computer all day. I personally forget to move and if I find myself in a bit of pain, I look in the book for the exercise for that area. All it takes is a bit of movement; aches and pains from inertia can be avoided. The book paid for itself in one missed chiropractic or doctor visit.

A fun way to fit a little fitness into a hectic work day... the exercises are easy to follow, and they feel great to do. I think it's a clever gift for people who spend a lot of time at a desk but would rather be outside and active.
