A Good Strong Dose

This is a wonderful book. I'm only halfway through it right now, but I am eager to finish it. Unlike many other single's books, this one doesn't try to help you understand the shortcomings of the opposite sex. Instead it makes you look at your own faulty thoughts by examening the truths of God's Word. Rather than idealizing marriage and not trusting God to be doing what is best in our lives, this book encourages single women to enjoy their singleness, and see that God is using it for His own glory.

Excellent

The title not withstanding, thisis the single most encouraging book I own for this point in my life, and likely the best book I've read within its genre and length. It repeatedly assures the reader of God's sovereignty over each aspect of life while also reminding we singles of the opportunities and benefits of singleness - without being saccharine or having even a hint of false assurance.
