A good grounded read for someone going through Divorce

The author is a Christian woman who has been through divorce herself and knows what many of you are experiencing. Rather than being a simple "feel good" book, her writing is grounded in part through experience, part biblical, part through wisdom, and part through quotes from famous people. Using common sense, biblical principles and a knack for making things real, she assists you in considering the issues; whether they be emotional, spiritual, or financial, etc, and then creating concrete plans and checklists to get you through to the other side. I recommend this book to my clients who come to me for an alternative to a litigated divorce and are instead seeking a mediated Christian divorce at www.ChristianDivorceServices.com . I find that it has a helpful calming effect to create a road map when the rest of your life is spinning out of control, the worst of which is during the long court battles if you don't use Christian Divorce Mediation. The calming effect of the road map comes from using the checklists and road maps you create, and thereby claiming back some of the previously lost control.
