Arrived on time and in condition as described

This is a terrific career book

I have had to make a career change and this book helped me tremendously. It really helps you pull out your strengths and weaknesses. I found that even though I was able to articulate my weaknesses better I had a lot more confidence than before in my strengths. I have given this book as a gift to several friends of mine looking for a different career and they have loved it as well.
