A Master Chef

Terence Janericco is truly heaven sent for the likes of myself. He not only is a master chef, but a master teacher. He takes recipes that true novices, like I, would shrink away from and makes them work. This book is filled with precise prepatory lessons, in laymans terms and great recipes that the home cook can assemble. No longer will my Souffle be non existant because of lack of skill or more likely great fear. No longer do you have to wish for that pastry in the bakery window. A must for any one who wishes to prepare exsquisite, professional desserts in your home without all of the metalware and time consuming instruction. How have I missed this book for so long? Anyhow, happy home baking.
