Kelly was diagnosed with a head and neck cancer, called oral cancer, in October of 2014. Little did she know that cancer would relentlessly insist on ending her life before she turned 49 years old, but Kelly was just as persistent in fighting back with everything she had. This is the harrowing story of surgeries, treatments, and hospital stays. Her journey will take you into one frightening tale after another and remind you that her cancer is all too real. She does, however, emphasize that it's A-okay to laugh while you cry. In the end, the Gratitude shines through.
