The possession of technological knowledge has become the main weapon of competition between countries, which inevitably leads to their economic and political primacy on the international scene.Faced with a globalised world, the industrial model of social structuring and economic development, due to its inherent capacity to produce unintended effects, has led to a series of unintended consequences for contemporary society. In this context, international development would be possible due to the evolution of the political order based on the education of a human nature endowed with infinite malleability. Therefore, this approach presupposes the development of society's obsolete institutions as a path towards the evolution of the international order.
