A wonderful and spiritual book that walks you through life's changing pattern and gives you a guide to create goals, strengthen you spiritually and help you to realize it's never too late to dream big!

This book was a powerful instrument of change in my life

I bought this book a year ago at a time when I was going through empty-nest syndrome and beginning to feel old in my body and spirit -- and feeling like there wasn't much more to look forward to in life. Reading this book is not what brought changes in my life -- applying the message of the book is what did. As a result, I asked God to breathe new life into some long-forgotten dreams, passions and goals. Within a year, at nearly 50 years of age, I had written and published my first book -- a dream I had carried for 30 years that I had nearly given up on. I also began making lifestyle changes -- including working on my physical appearance (long neglected), attitude and relationship with God and others. It was the necessary bit of hope and encouragement I needed to begin to believe that the second half of my life could truly become the best. So far, so good. And yes, I've experienced a difficult life (in response to another reviewer's comments) -- the choice came down to whether or not I wanted bitterness to consume me or love to flow through me. I chose love, and I chose to believe in God for my dreams. Which is exactly what this book is about -- and is exactly what happened for me after reading it. And it's contagious... my husband is now in the process of living out one of his lifelong dreams. The book dares you to ask, "Why not me?" And when you finally realize it CAN happen to you, the possibilities are endless.

Wow, what a Great book. Life does not end at 40. The second half of our lives can be the best. God has a plan and purpose for our lives. God wants us to live a vibrant, healthy, positive and fruitful life after 40. The best is yet to come.
