invaluable resource!

This is one of the best, informative, "get your youth back" books that I've ever read! And what credentials back these two authors! I am so thankful that the good Doctors are using their incredible educations and life experiences to equip us to drink from the "Fountain of Youth"! Everyone should partake of this knowledge!

Worth every penny and more!

I can't say enough good things about this book. The easy to read and concise format makes it a super accessible book that can be reread multiple times, which has really helped me better incorporate the principles taught. I have tried tons of cleanses and better eating, etc...to achieve healthier skin, but not until I began incorporating Dr. Ray and Dr. Daniel's principles was I able to achieve literally glowing and radiant skin. These principles have even served me well through pregnancy! I love the Green Drink as well!! I have been incorporating it for 1-1/2 yrs now and it never gets old!

I love this book, but...

I want more! I want to ask Jennifer Daniels questions, or read a discussion forum that answers my questions. I love her skin routines and the Green Drink. I love the simplicity. I love the promises of removing spots and wrinkles from the skin--and I'll really love them if I find the routines do indeed work! :)

feeling better

I am only on the 2nd day of the diet but I feel better. I have learned so much from this book. I am a R.N. and found the book to make so much sense. I have worked in Cardiology for 30 years and I hate what I see in some of the patients life styles and I understand why they are so sick. When I read this book, I found it to make more sense in what I was to put in my body, that I tried it myself due to the problems I am having with my own "gut". We get patients with high blood sugars, heart disease and they are so lethargic (drowsy, tired), so much so that they waste their life away in a stupor. I did not want to become one of those patients and I think our medical professionals do the people a grave injustice when we do not literally show them or place them on a diet while in the hospital to cleanse their "guts". I highly recommend this book to use with good judgment and listen to what their body is actually starving for. I am no longer eating small portions and starving, but I am also not eating half as much as I use to. "I feel full for the first time" while eating a meal. My body is getting what it is craving. Great book.

Phenomenal Book!!

I love the way this book simply explains how through better nutrition we can improve not only our beauty but also our health. It provides plenty of scientific resources without being overwhelming so we can do our own fact checking and learn more about Whole Food Eating . Also, I started on the Green Drink today and feel awesome!
