Digitization of academic evaluations in the DRC

In a world undergoing digital transformation, education in rural areas in the Democratic Republic of the Congo faces numerous challenges, particularly in the management of academic evaluations. This work is part of a desire to modernize educational practices by using information technologies to improve the efficiency and transparency of the evaluation process. The context of the study highlights the limitations of traditional evaluation methods: lack of automation, frequent errors in entering results, absence of traceability, and delays in the publication of results. These weaknesses undermine the transparency and equity of evaluations, while limiting access to essential data for teachers and academic decision-makers. The solution developed is based on modern technologies such as Flutter/Dart for application development, Firebase for data management, and Google Data Studio for visualization.
