This book's title leads one to believe it will discuss how fats are good for women in menopause (& potentially what fats those are in what foods.) However, it says just the opposite with sayings like "You can also put your best food forward by following a healthy diet that's low in fat & high in fruits & vegetables"! What a total waste of money!
